Tiffany Chag is a registered dietitian and personal trainer with more than 15 years of experience in the field. Her focus is on sports performance and injury recovery/prevention. She works with a diverse group of clients, from professional and youth athletes to pregnant women and octogenarians.
Previously, Tiffany worked as a trainer and dietitian in the Sports Performance Center at the top-ranked Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC, and as the dietitian at TB12, where she revamped the company’s nutrition philosophy to be more evidence based.
A former Division 1 soccer player at Boston University where she suffered bilateral ACL's tears followed by compartment syndrome, she has experienced first hand the frustration of injury, the patience needed for the recovery process, and the payoff of consistent hard work.
Tiffany sees nutrition clients virtually and training clients in-person at an independent gym in Arlington, MA.
She completed her master’s degree in exercise physiology and nutrition from Teachers College, Columbia University, graduating magna cum laude. She is also a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.
